note to myself for cooking this again later:

ground beef bake (minus ground beef)

2 medium onions, diced
2 lb groud round (deleted for me)
3 tbsp butter (buncha olive oil for me)

brown in skillet, then add

2 cans tomato soup
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt and pepper
1.5 tbsp worchester sauce

cook until thickens

cook 8 oz wide noodles and pour into greased casserole dish
pour sauce over and if you want, add mushrooms on top
cover all with 1 cup corn flakes or crumbled ritz crackers
bake at 350 for 20 mins

the end.


I made this with no meat and it was yummy. This may be my favorite recipe from my grandma.. cept she added beef and I never liked that part.
